Minto wins Greater Orlando Builders Association Parade of Homes™ first place award for Laureate Park at Lake Nona model
Minto Communities has received a Greater Orlando Builders Association Parade of Homes™ (GOBA) first place award for the Laureate Park Mansfield model at Lake Nona in Orlando. “Minto is honored to receive GOBA’s first place recognition for the second year in a row for our innovative home designs at Laureate Park,” notes Minto Senior Vice President William Bullock.
The Mansfield includes four bedrooms, plus den, three-and-a-half baths and two-car garage. It features a unique private guest retreat above the garage that includes kitchen, living room, one bedroom and bath. Distinctive Minto features include a striking modern-living interior with spacious family room with 10’ ceilings, large designer kitchen, covered lanai, and living room with dramatic 21’8” ceilings. The Mansfield includes a total of 4,310 square feet with 2,928 square feet under air. It is priced from $431,900.
Minto’s single-family floor plans at Laureate Park include three or four bedrooms, plus loft, and all have two-car garages. Homes range in size from 1,951 square feet under air to 3,159 square feet under air. Options are available to add a second floor retreat and three-car garage to selected floor plans. Pricing for single-family homes starts in the low $300s.
Existing courtyard home floor plans range from 1,650 square feet under air to 1,944 square feet under air, and include two or three bedrooms, plus a unique loft with 10’ ceilings that can function as playroom, hobby room or private retreat. All have two-car garages. Courtyard homes are priced from the mid-$200s. Minto’s Laureate Park homes are designated as Environments for Living and Energy Star Certified.
According to Bullock, “Lake Nona is Orlando’s top selling master-planned community. Minto has experienced significant interest from medical and other professionals as well as families and retirees because of Laureate Park’s location near Lake Nona’s Medical City. In addition, pre-school, elementary, middle, high and post-graduate schools are located within Lake Nona, and the Orlando International Airport is less than 10 miles away.”
More than 40% of Lake Nona’s 7,000 acres is dedicated to open green space and enhanced park areas with 44 miles of nature trails, biking and walking paths. Laureate Park Village Center includes a resort-style aquatic center with two pools. A family pool features zero-entry admission, deck jets, water cannons, and 20-foot tall vortex wave dumping bucket. An adult pool features luxurious private cabanas, free-form swim areas and four junior Olympic lap lanes. A 3,400-square-foot fitness facility and lakeside restaurant and café are planned. In addition, the United States Tennis Association recently announced plans to create a state-of-the-art tennis facility at Lake Nona.
The Laureate Park sales center is located at 8238 Tavistock Lakes Boulevard, Orlando, Florida. Sales center hours are Monday through Saturday, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., Sunday, 12 p.m. to 6 p.m. For information, call 888-407-8505 or visit mintofla.com.
