Minto Communities has received a Greater Orlando Builders Association Parade of Homes™ (GOBA) award for the Jubilee model at Festival in Orlando. Festival, located just five miles from Walt Disney World®, is Orlando’s newest vacation resort community.
Five models are open for viewing. Their names, Elation, Imagine, Jubilee, Marvel and Splendor, capture the sense of fun and adventure that draws millions from throughout the world to Orlando’s resorts and attractions.
The Jubilee includes four bedrooms, four baths, great room and game room. It is 2,598 square feet with 2,007 square feet under air, priced from $276,900. Families and friends can purchase adjoining townhomes with interior connector doors.
