Silver Award for Harbour Isle Clubhouse
Harbour Isle by Minto Communities has received a prestigious Silver Award from the National Association of Homebuilders (NAHB) National Sales & Marketing Council. The Silver Award for “Best Clubhouse” was presented to Minto for the Beach Club at Harbour Isle on Anna Maria Sound in Bradenton, Florida. Minto is one of only five Silver Award recipients in this category in the entire country. Minto’s Beach Club is the only clubhouse in Florida to be recognized with a Silver Award in this category.
For 35 years, The Nationals℠—National Sales and Marketing Awards have paid tribute to superior sales and marketing achievements. It is the nation’s largest competition for sales and marketing professionals and communities. The NAHB national gala was held at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas on January 19.
The two-story, 23,000-square-foot Harbour Isle Beach Club is distinguished by striking architectural details that echo the community’s entrance statement and southern coastal-style architecture. Royal Palms border the center lawn that leads to the Club’s entrance, and a lighthouse-style wing further enhances the Club’s island ambiance.
The Beach Club includes spacious first and second floor gathering areas with seating and conversation areas. Wrap-around windows and glass doors open to views of Anna Maria Sound and the Intracoastal Waterway. A Sky Bar with billiards area and large balcony with seating for outdoor dining are on the second floor.
An adjoining wing of the Beach Club houses a 4,200-square-foot fitness center that features state-of-the-art equipment, high, detailed ceilings, and wrap-around windows that also look out to views of Anna Maria Sound.
