“As a builder, the first priority is to build a great house. But, to me, building personal and lasting relationships with your customers is every bit as important.” That’s been Jason Lambertson’s business philosophy since founding his home building company in 2002, and it still guides him today as president of Gateway Homes (www.homesbyGateway.com), one of the premier builders on the Eastern Shore of Virginia and Maryland.
Jason is one of the four members of the Bay Creek Builders Guild selected to build in the Ideal Homes collection, sponsored by Ideal Living magazine.
His Ideal Home will command stunning views of the Bay looking over the private beach in Bayside Village, featuring more than 5,000 square feet of finely detailed interiors and eye-catching exteriors.
He’s also starting two other homes in Bay Creek, a 6,400 square foot estate home in Heron Point and an elegant 3,200 square foot home in Bayside Village.
Since 2002, Jason has carved out a niche as a builder of distinctive, superbly crafted custom homes in the Eastern Shore’s most sought-after waterfront communities. Jason grew up in Pokomoke, MD, with dreams of becoming an architect, which helps explain why his homes are so architecturally impressive.
He’s never aspired to being a volume builder, but each one of his homes is an individual work of art, crafted to exacting standards. Not surprisingly, most of these commissions have come from customer referrals or repeat business from satisfied customers.
“We’ve built our company on old-fashioned values, on a passion to serve our customers and a commitment to do everything possible to ensure their satisfaction,” he said.
