How To Enter: To enter one can fill out the online form on ideal-living.com or any of the entry forms available at RPI Media events. No responsibility is assumed by RPI Media, and entrants waive all claims for lost, late, illegible or misdirected entries or for any problems of technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer equipment, software, failure of any email service or any combination thereof including without limitation any damage to entrant’s or any other person’s computer resulting from participation in this promotion.

Prize Drawing: The winner will be selected in a random drawing to be conducted on or about the expiration date, March 31st, 2009. If Sponsor is unable to contact potential winner(s) by email or if any potential winner fails to respond to the prize notification within 7 days of issuance of notification or if any winner fails to comply with any of the requirements, an alternate winner shall be selected through another random drawing conducted by RPI Media.

1. Provide your legal name.
2. One giveaway winner will selected on the date specified on the entry page. Winners will be chosen at random from all entries.3. Giveaway drawings are administered by RPI Media personnel, whose decisions are final.

4. The give away drawings are administered by email or by phone, and may be required to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility and publicity releases within 15 days of notification. Any winner who fails to comply within said 15-day period or who cannot be contracted either by phone or email will forfeit the prize. RPI Media then draws alternate, eligible giveaway winners, who will be awarded the giveaway in the event that the initial winner does not claim or forfeits the prize.

5. Odds of winning are determined by the number of eligible entries received.

6. Winners will not be permitted to either redeem in cash or substitute giveaway prizes.

7. Giveaway prizes are subject to any and all policies and restrictions of the giveaway provider.

8. RPI Media employees and their immediate family members are ineligible to participate in the online giveaway. Also, the immediate family members of online giveaway prize donors are ineligible to participate.

9. All federal, state and local laws apply.

10. By participation, entrant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules. Entries not in compliance with these Official Rules shall be null and void.

11. By entering, participants without limitation, release and hold harmless RPI Media and their affiliates, licensees, franchisees, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies from any and all liability for any injuries, loss or damage of any kind in connection with this sweepstakes or acceptance and use of a prize won. One registration per person is allowed. Void where prohibited.
