This year, the Live South Real Estate Show, sponsored by Ideal Living magazine, is taking a unique approach to give you a first-hand glimpse of your ideal lifestyle: our new discovery tour voucher program.

When you arrive at the show (see adjacent page for a show near you), you will receive three Discovery Tour Certificates. These enable you to visit the participating communities exhibiting at the show for special accommodations. Compare the communities at the show, pick those you’re interested in and ask them about their discovery tours! Tour packages vary, but many include reduced rates on lodging and
opportunities to enjoy community amenities, as well as insider tips on what to see and experience while you’re visiting the area. Some communities will even throw in a dinner or a round of golf and can be priced from just $99 for three days/two nights.

Discovery tours make it easy to get away and enjoy yourself. Since this new program began during the fall show series, over 1,000 couples have taken the next step in their journey by going to visit some of the communities that fit their lifestyle best. Even if you have been to a show before, come back this winter and find a perfect getaway.
