LELAND, N.C., May 28, 2008—The first Green Model Home in eastern North Carolina engineered for net zero energy cost opens with a celebration weekend June 14 & 15 at Brunswick Forest, a new 4,500-acre golf and country club community located just 10 minutes south of historic Wilmington, NC on US Hwy 17. The home will be open for tours throughout the summer.
