CANTON, GA, February 11, 2010 – Sales and closings have remained brisk at Soleil Laurel Canyon, a 55+ active adult, resort-style community near Canton, GA, with five new contracts and five closings during November and December.

Kinsey reports that a key factor for Soleil buyers is the ability to sell their existing home. “What I hear from buyers and prospects is that it boils down to simply being able to sell their existing home,” he said.  “Most of the buyers want to either pay cash or put down more than half to keep their payments low. Consequently, selling their existing home is key.  For them, living at Soleil is their number one choice.”
