I might only use the place a week of the year and rent it the rest of the time but being in Canada it would be difficult to rent unless I could hire a company to do the mainantence, cleaning and finding renters. Do you know of any companies that I could contact about this or know of whom might know? I know they are out there as I have looked into renting my cottage at Mont. Tremblant in Que. They take a portion of the rent but manage the property for me because I'm not up there to do it myself. Thanks in advance Jennifer K.
