Summerhouse on Everett Bay
About the Ideal Home:
Located in the bayside area of the community where new waterfront homesites will be available for purchase this summer, it’s all about the water with this Ideal Home. With over 1,200 square feet of covered porches, you will have plenty of space to enjoy life. There are Intracoastal Waterway views from all levels and you can even see the ocean at Topsail Island from the third floor Crow’s Nest porch. Just imagine sitting with all the windows open on a cool fall day as the ocean and Intracoastal Waterway breeze wafts through each level. The open floorplan allows you to take in the water views while cooking or entertaining. The coastal interior décor has a light, airy feel that melds beautifully with the scenery. This four-bedroom home has a guest suite on the first floor and the master suite one floor above, along with two additional bedrooms. A spiral staircase leads you to the Crow’s Nest that can serve as an inspiring coastal office, charming reading room, or a truly unique sun room.
However, it is undeniable that this room makes the Crow’s Nest an “Ideal Living Home.”
The home’s elevator helps make living here effortless. Designed by top area designer,
Scott Sullivan of the Sullivan Design Group, this home is ideal for the retiree or family alike.
About the Builder:
AnA Builders, Inc., one of the community’s exceptional featured builders, was asked to build the Ideal Home. As a family business, Michael Afify and his father, Mo, offer hands-on professionalism and expertise from custom homes to commercial construction. Michael and his wife, Amber, who were married at the community’s magnificent clubhouse, also reside at Summerhouse. “Where else can you find a 35 foot tall lighthouse, amenities that include day docks, a boat launch, walking trails, unobstructed views of the Intracoastal Waterway, a clubhouse, and pool like this? It just blew us away. We loved it and decided we wanted to call Summerhouse home.” He added, “We moved here for the tranquil, peaceful environment. It’s just a nice place to live.”
Life at Summerhouse revolves around the water from sailing, boating, or kayaking along the Intracoastal Waterway to frolicking or swimming in the spectacular pool complex. It’s a simple kind of life, one that is inspiring, comforting, and just a whole lot of fun. Topsail Island, recently named the “Best Little Beach Town in the USA” by TripAdvisor.com, the world’s largest online travel site, is easily accessible from the gates at Summerhouse, and if you like fresh seafood, you’ll find numerous restaurants nearby.
Summerhouse invites you to come visit the fully furnished and decorated model home and the community.
