Hampton Lake Exceeds Goal For Welcoming New Visitors Thanks to “Sneak a Peak” Initiative
Bluffton, S.C. – Would-be home buyers are flocking to see Hampton Lake. With a goal of 100 “Sneak-a-Peek” visits for 2009, Hampton Lake – the award-winning, private lake community has already exceeded its goal, booking 110 visits by the end of July.
“Sneak-a-Peek” is Hampton Lake’s discovery package that allows guests to stay on-site for three days and two nights – thereby giving them a chance to explore and experience all the community offers.
“We reached 110 Sneak-a-Peek bookings in July which is far ahead of what we had predicted for 2009,” Gerrit Albert, president of Hampton Lake said. “People are anxious to see what we are all about, and they seem to really like the lakefront lifestyle we have created.”
Albert said Hampton Lake expanded its program options this year so guests can now stay overnight or for a weekend in a Vacation Townhome or Villa within the community.
“Sneak-a-Peek has been one of our strongest and most successful programs,” Albert said. “We believe that seeing is believing and understand the value of guests experiencing the beauty of the community first hand and all Hampton Lake offers.”
The Lakeside Amenity Village features two resort style pools, a private restaurant with outdoor bar, private beach, full-service spa and state-of-the-art fitness center in addition to miles of ‘greenway’ and ‘blueway’ trails guests can hike or tour by kayak or boat.
Albert said the community’s “Sneak-a-Peek” visitors have the option to participate in a number of activities as part of the package including treatments at the Hampton Lake Spa, a round of golf at a neighboring Reed course or a visit to Savannah with a historic Savannah Trolley Tour.
