Kingston on Lake Oconee's handsome front entrance was recently completed

Lake Oconee/Buckhead, GA – Kingston on Lake Oconee is celebrating the completion of the first phase of its elaborate entrance with an Open House over the upcoming Fourth of July weekend. The new 1,200-acre golf and lake community, featuring an 18-hole Player Designed course by Gary Player Design, is now under development on the western shore of Lake Oconee.

Area residents and visitors are invited to visit Kingston on Saturday and Sunday, July 4 and 5, for free grilled hot dogs and soft drinks served 11 a.m. to 4 p.m., along with personal tours of the newest waterfront community.

“We think that visiting families and residents will be impressed by our newly completed entrance which showcases the design theme and architecture that will be found throughout the community,” said Brett Blevins, Managing Partner.

“Natural materials have been used in our rural setting to create a lake lodge and shingle-style architectural theme for Kingston,” said Blevins. “Natural stone, muted colors, indigenous materials and landscape combine for our casual and distinctive look.”

The impressive stone entrance walls are just the first phase for the entrance which will include a welcoming gatehouse, additional plantings, signage and lighting.

Kingston on Lake Oconee is now accepting reservations on home sites priced from $80,000. First family incentives include free golf for 10 years or five years of free boat storage or usages, a club membership and savings that total $70,000 that greatly reduce the cost of financial carry for years to come.

Kingston on Lake Oconee is planned to offer an array of recreation and social amenities that include a Lake Club, swimming pools, tennis pavilion, marina with boat storage and docks, fitness/wellness center, golf clubhouse, paths and walking trails, and an 18-hole Player Designed golf course by Gary Player Design.
